You have not mentioned your BP and your reports are not visible as well. But you can continue both the medicines you are taking. Hi, welcome to Lybrate! first of all of the diagnosis is correct and precise then the treatment will be definitely effective. Get barium swallow study and fiber-optic endoscopic examination of swallowing should be done. Probably he is having silent aspiration which we are ignoring. Don't take any chance ,get clearance from these tests ,if all test reports shows normal ,then probably strengthening exercises can be started.
