Hello - nexito (escitalopram) is an effective medication for anxiety and you are on 10 mgs which is an effective dose. If you are feeling better continue on the same medication
- there is no need to change to nexito plus at this stage. Nexito plus contains escitalopram and clonazepam. Whilst escitalopram can be continued long term, clonazepam is meant only for short term use. So it is not recommended at this stage for you
- continue nexito for atleast 6 months after you get better. Then ...more

Stalopam plus contains a combination of escitalopram and clonazepam. Escitalopram is used for both depression and anxiety. Clonazepam is is for anxiety and it gives you good sleep. So if you have anxiety definitely you can use stalopam plus and you will get additional good sleep. But its always better to see a psychiatrist and take as it is prescribed.

Esciyalopram and clonazepam appear to be right medications for your problem. Usually it will take 2-4 weeks to appreciate significant change in your symptoms. So, wait and watch. If it has exceeded 4 weeks, please consider taking 2 nd opinion.

Dear lybrate-user, along with medication do consider psychotherapy sessions for anxiety. Sessions will help you deal with anxiety and the anxiety provoking thoughts that are troubling. Along with medication and psychotherapy sessions, indulge yourself in some selfcare regime like meditation and breathing exercises. Practicing yoga and or going for a walk. This will help you deal with anxiety and help you increase self awareness and make you relax.

Dear Arun,
There is nothing like right combination or the best medicine for OCD. Whatever relieves you of your symptoms are the best medicines. It differs from person to person. Please follow your doctor's advice. She/he has added amisulpride after assessing less improvement with other tablets.
