Since you are on the lowest dose of 5 mg Escitalopram, you need not taper. You can stop without tapering. But, 3 months may be too early to stop in case of major depressive disorder. i don't know the diagnosis for which stalopam mini was prescribed.

you need to discuss with your psychiatrist to further optimize your classic anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs (escitalopram dose can be further build up to 20 mg per day and if needed another medicine can be added to augment effect of escitalopram) before tapering off and stopping etizolam.
