In pcod usually ovulation does not occur so there is no question you getting secretary phase in this cycle. As you did not had menses for 2 months with pcod, you can wait for another month for spontaneous menses. And weight reducion is the only treatment which can normalise your ovulation and menses.

Yes .it is micronized progesterone. But luteal phase defect has to be documented before you start progesterone therapy, by serum progesterone level estimation. If serum progesterone level is less than 5 ng in a single estimation in the luteal phase, lpd is diagnosed.
