Some cases of bradycardia may be induced by beta blockers or other rate lowering drugs and are hence reversible. Bradycardia due to weak thyroid function, or high potassium level also may be reversed with specific treatment.
Most cases of bradycardia are due to intrinsic disease in the wiring of the heart. Mild cases can be managed with healthy lifestyle. However, pacemaker is required if bradycardia is severe or symptomatic or if tests indicate chance of progression.

If the pre cum only went inside it is unlikely to be pregnant. If urine test is not done go for HCG test in 2 weeks.
