Major risk factors include obesity and type 2 diabetes, though it's also associated with excessive alcohol consumption.
It usually causes no symptoms. When symptoms occur, they include fatigue, weight loss and abdominal pain.
Treatment involves reducing the risk factors such as obesity through a diet and exercise programme. It is generally a benign condition, but in a minority of patients, it can progress to liver failure (cirrhosis).

This may remain till menopause is attained or even longer in some women. These are usually minor problems, need not lead to any serious psychiatric issues. As regards her tumor in uterus you may take a second opinion from another gynecologist. But her hemoglobin which is low needs to be treated with hematin...more

Dear user. I can understand. Please don't be panic. The cause of irritable bowel syndrome isn't well understood. A diagnosis is often made based on symptoms.
Symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation.
Some people can control their symptoms by managing diet, lifestyle and stress. Others will need medication and counselling. I suggest you to consult a physician in person. We are here to help you in every aspect of your mental and physical health. Any sexual or p...more

Rabonik can be taken by 22 year old and Rabonik Plus Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This increases the movement of stomach and intestines, and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe). Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion ...more

Having generalized anxiety along with panic attacks can cause you to have problems with physical symptoms like the ones that you mention. The medication that you are taking is something that I do not prescribe for patients with condition such as yours as it is very short acting and habit forming. You also seem to have the problem with nicotine dependence i.e. Smoking cigarettes for the last 13 years and seem to have also tried librax as well. I would like for you to consider a second opinion by ...more
