Hello doctor. Hope you are doing fine. I have gotten into a skin condition. Here are the details. One of my friend had ringworm or sort of that disease but he cured it in a month or two. After some time I felt the same issue with me. My thighs were effected by it initially. There were red pimple type thing first but within few days they adopted a ring type shape with redness. I did not bothered it at first and used anti-fungal cream but then they started growing more and more and my whole body got covered with it. It was like a whole map on my body with irregular circles and redness with too much itching. I am still having this issue but a bit controlled. Someone recommended me to take icon tablet 100 mg. It is effective but only when i'm taking the pills as soon as I leave it they started to grow again. I want to add one more thing, I observed whenever I eat egg or when I masturbate they grow more rapidly. Please suggest any cure as its very itchy and no doctor till now can give a proper cure. Its very difficult to sit in office for a longer period as it starts to give itching after sweating.

Keep the area dry, avoid moisture, use light clothes. Use clotrimazole (1%) two times daily till the symtomps resolve.
T.fluconazole (200) 1 tablet once weekly for two weeks
t.pantoprazole (40) 1 tablet once daily before breakfast for 7 days.

treatong uoir partner as well with similar drugs ideal but i really need to examine if there is something else if missed as you have already used almost all antifungal antibiotics....

Hello doctor, I were in egypt and the humidity caused many fungal appearance at my back and neck, I have tinea versicolor so I used fluconazole tabs and ketoconazole and clotrimazole ointment, suddenly around 6 acnes appeared, whats the explanation? Creams like o2 derm are combination creams containing clobetasol which is a superpotent steroid. It may cause your fungal infection to subside for a while only to comeback after that. These never kills the fungus. These creams are dangerous for your skin as they cause multiple irreversible side effects and dependence. Consult a qualified dermatologist for your skin issue and avoid self medication.
