Hello lybrate-user.
Low dose aspirin is useful in those with history of pregnancy loss at or more than 13 weeks. HCG that is human chorionic gonadotropin gives support to corpus luteum, which produces progesterone. Hormone progesterone is very much essential for the continuation of pregnancy. Low molecular weight heparin helps to improve live birth rate in high risk pregnancies like that of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and recurrent pregnancy loss. Dear. Thanks for the question. The most sensitive, accurate and reliable pregnancy test is a blood test for the presence of beta HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), often just called "beta" The HCG is produced by the embryo, and is the embryo's signal to the mother that pregnancy has occurred. Beta HCG levels vary according to the gestational age. In a non-pregnant woman, they are less than 10 mIU/ml. Take care.

Trace amounts of hCG can remain the body for as many as fourteen days after hCG...more

Since the bhcg levels are persistently rising, the chances of pregnancy are high. However a bhcg done around 2 weeks after the transfer would help.

Hi lybrate-user, First lets under how IUI works. Fertility drugs may help you conceive with IUI because they stimulate your ovaries to produce more eggs than in a normal cycle, which increases the sperms’ chance of getting to an egg. Some fertility doctors will use Clomid, or clomiphene citrate, first. The timing of the IUI with a Clomid cycle may be done with urinary ovulation prediction kits or using ultrasound monitoring. If Clomid doesn’t help you get pregnant, your doctor may recommend inje...more
