Stop it. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. Hi! First of all stop using Neo clobate GM cream, it's a steroidal cream and it will first help to clear your infection after few days it will worse the case. Keep the area dry and clean. Hygiene is very important. Itz long time you are suffering from fungal infection - you should consult a dermatologist soon.

If you are only on oral anti-diabetics then it is not so difficult. But if on Insulin then scheduling the dose becomes more critical. You may need comparatively a lesser dose (by a few units. 3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs
