Ascoril d and augmentin are quite effective for dry cough, an anti allergic may be added as dry cough are often an allergic manifestations. Also try betadine gargle with warm water 3 to 4 times daily.
There is severe vit d deficiency and vit d at a dose of 60,000 units per week for 8 weeks and than monthly need to be supplemented.

Mr. lybrate-user I would advice you to get one usg abdomen first to rule out any gall stone disease .also would advice you to get one ecg and your bp recording twice daily for atleast 3 days to rule out any excessive decrease in bp. I shall be in better position to advice you after knowing you said record and investigation. Also need more further clinical history to inquire. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
