No nebuliser is used to dilate your airways not nose. It can be because of sinusitis or polyp nose or allergic rhinitis or sore throat or dns or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

Continue the medications you have started. Doxy (100) twice daily to be taken for 5 days. Also, add ivermectin (12 mg) once daily for 5 days. Take a probiotics like bifilac or vizylac.
