Hello, Thanks for the query.
The medicines being taken are all very safe and being used world over by millions of patients for many many years. SO there is no reason to worry. Most important is to have a well controlled blood glucose level like FBG < 100 mg or closer t 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% ,6.5%. Thanks.

There is no rationale for erectile dysfunction by these medicines. You need to continue them and need to make sure that you have no diabetes. Erectile dysfunction (ed) is a condition in which man has trouble keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of ageing.
Mechanism of erection
an erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulatio...more

BP can fluctuate from time to time, because it is dependent on multiple factors. With age requirement of dose of medication required may also change. Given your age, my suggestion, consult a cardiologist so that they can assess any underlying cause (like a blockage in heart) that may have led to this sudden rise in BP, and if all else is fine, you may just need a change in your medication dose. So please consult your cardiologist with a ECG, Echo, lipid profile and kidney function test report.
