Hello lybrate-user. Pain killers are not the treatment of cervical spondylitis. They will only subside your symptoms but your problem will not b corrected. You should do hot fomentation regularly for 20-30 minutes twice daily. And along with this do neck isometrics and stretching exercises. And also start using down feather's pillow or cervical pillow.
