It must not have been missing beats but extra beats (atrial or ventricular) for which Dr. has prescribed you nebicard. Heart rate of 55/minuets is not harmful if you don’t have conduction disorder. If your bp is normal with out medication and you don’t have any symptoms with that extra beat, you can leave nebicard.
In case you have symptoms with extra beat you can continue with the drug, with information that these drugs at this 70+ age can at times lead to very low heart rates.

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but will be happy to assist you.
A person with only one kidney may have a normal level of about 1.8 or 1.9. Creatinine levels that reach 2.0 or more in babies and 10.0 or more in adults may indicate the need for a dialysis machine to remove wastes from the blood. Certain drugs can sometimes cause abnormally elevated creatinine levels.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

It could be due to indigestion commonly termed acidity. You could try over the counter antacids and omeprazole 20 mg tablet once daily. If you're getting these cramps it could be due to irritable bowel syndrome. But other problems like stomach ulcers, or gall bladder problems should be excluded.
