I'm 20 years old and from past 2 years I was facing some back problems, I thought it would is a little bit problem and was using Naprosyn 250 to relieve pain but day by day the problem seem to be increasing then I consulted a doctor who told me to do some tests then MRI and CT of SPINE AND HIP the results were somehow like this 1. GRADE 1 ANTROLISTHESIS OF L5 OVER S1. 2. SCLEROSIS SEEN IN BOTH ARTICULAR SURFACES OF BILATERAL SACROILIAC JOINTS, OF CONCERN FOR CHRONIC SACROILIAC. AND MARROW EDEMA SEEN IN bilateral GREATER trochanter. 3.ESR=05 mm 4.Sr .U.A.=4.9 mg/dl 5. Crp is negative 6. RF is negative 7. ANA = 7.48 UNITS THEN AFTER MANY DOCTORS GAVE ME MANY SUGGESTIONS AND MEDICINES LIKE katadol, NAPROSYN, calbia cz etc etc but the pain is still there .after every 2 to 3 days I have to take a pain killer. So I wanna know a better suggestion and answer.

Health Query

Age 25, height 5feet 8inch, weight 54kg, I am a cross country runner for last 6 years. Recently my right knee is having problems. On the outer side of knee it pains while running and weight bearing. Got temporary relief with naproxen. X-ray was normal as told by general physician. But it is tender on deep pressure. Should I go for MRI? What's it is? Should I continue running . ?blood test are normal.

My regular period flow start and lasted for 4 days and post that I had light spotting for 9-10 days. And after a gap of 3-4 days light spotting started again. Which lasted for 2-3 days. And now after a gap of a week today again the light flow/spotting has started. I'm experiencing this for the first time. Is this normal? I have taken medicine for cold montelukast and for headache saridon or naproxen. Can this be a side effect of any of these medicines?

I have been experiencing headache since 2 weeks. It changes the locations but it spreads almost everywhere. I have pain when I move my head, especially when I lower it. Right now pain has moved from the sides to the back of my right ear and neck. Before it has been around my eyes, front, temples, etc. It happens that I fall asleep with it and I wake up with a headache. I have tried aspirin, paracetamol, ibuprofen, naproxen but nothing works. Can you suggest me any medicine that would help somehow. Thank you.

Are you having any other symptoms like running nose or fever. Headache which increases on lowering your head may be due to frontal sinusities. Get an x-ray pns done. It can also be a migraine. For the time being I suggest you to take flunarrazine 10 mg at bed time for 1 week,
