Alpraxolam is anti anxiety. Fo naltima will not help. But analysis of anxiety - why you get anxious or why only you get anxious. Why not all in the same situation. What is different in you. Like thinking pattern analysis or past painful event analysis. Will help you to get rid of anxiety n alprazolam on the other hand you can add relaxation. Technique if not a ble to get rid of then add RTMS therapy (googleit) for permanent cure of alprazolam addiciton. I think.

If she has underlying conditions like bipolar and ADHD, the drugs may have happily covered these symptoms. Now with the cessation of the drugs and alcohol, these signs of pathology she suffered from earlier will surface. This is a good development because now they can treat those conditions without any interference of the addictions. So let her go back to that treatment as soon as her doctor approves.

definitely naltrexone will help in reducing the cravings for alcohol. Along with naltrexone, you need to undergo motivational enhancement therapy and other psycho social methods. You need to take naltrexone for 9-12 months at least. It is a costly tablet. Think whether you can afford for many months before starting it. Just for few days sobriety, you don't need such a costly tablet. Since you have binges of drinking, please consult a psychiatrist to diagnose and treat any recurring men...more

This is good that you have decided to stop taking alcohol and seek treatment. Thats the first step in deaddiction which you have achieved. And regarding your alcohol binge drinking problem and loss of control, you can consult and start treatment and there are many treatment options which are safer than nalteexone and also choice of medicine depends from patient to patient .it will be good to consult a doctor and start treatment.
