Ear blockage because of cold cannot be cleared by ear drop. By your history it can be three things, either wax which has to be cleaned, or middle ear effusion for which oral meds and nasal drops should be started, the most drearded is nerve damage due to viral infection involving the auditary nerve for which urgent meds needs to be started. So my advise would be, donot waste your time and go to an ent specialist.

Dear lybrate-user
response to medical treatment depends on many things. Assuming that you don't have any co-morbidities and are taking proper preventive measures to control fungal infection, clotrimazole cream may take upto 2-3 weeks to clear fungus when applied twice daily.
Oral antifungal treatment may be required.

Hello,
Yes, it's really difficult to treat recurrent vulvovaginitis. Since its more than a year, I will suggest you to go for culture of vaginal discharge, as other species of candida other than candida albicans may be involved. Hope your blood sugar is within normal limits.
You may require long term suppressive therapy of more than 6 months but it's better that we look for the causes.
