You do not need another precaution as you have taken diane 35. Diane-35 ed can also be used as a contraceptive to prevent pregnancy in women. Diane-35 ed contains a progestogen and an oestrogen hormone, and therefore works similarly to the combined oral contraceptive birth control pill, also known as ‘the pill’. It should not be used in combination with another hormonal contraceptive.

Hi! it wil be easier to guide if you can elaborate on what exactly is your symptoms. If it is irregular cycle tat you r taking about, you need to evaluate other hormones aswell. Oral contraceptives shd be taken continuously for atleast 3 months to regularise cycle. You don seem to overweight, however a daily exercise routine n intake of healthy diet wil help u.
