- also take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more.

If the wound is dry and healthy ,yes.
Alternatively you can use mupirocin ointment on stitches till its removed (usually after 1 week).

You can start with a mupirocin ointment. But it's best to get it evaluated properly with photographs to get the best diagnosis and treatment.; as multiple things can appear as pimples over the area.

Hello.
Panderm plus apart from antibiotic, antifungal, also contains steroids. So this ointment is better not to be applied to glans penis. An antibiotic ointment containing mupirocin will suffice.
