Hey lybrate-user. It's important to understand that supplements are a way to enhance the results you're looking for. It's not a life long support to one. The recommended allowance for creat is 3 grams a day and need to consume 750 ml of extra water with your current intake. With multivitamin there are many available in the market but we need to figure which will suit your needs by getting a blood test done to see if there is any deficiencies in the body.

It's not recommend to use a multivitamin tablet daily for few months or years or long term because this can lead to hypervitaminosis and is as serious as vitamin deficiency. So if you take a multivitamin tablet take it daily for a week or 15 days and give gap of a week n start again. Or you can take two three tablets per week. Tablet supradyne us good and also cheap. Take this tablet afternoon after food. One tablet per day. Take it two r three days per week n not daily.

There is no need to take them if you eat a balanced diet. So do not take multivitamins for long durations as they can have side effects. Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic medicine which can be taken seperately for a short term. It's more safe to eat fruits and vegetables on a dealt basis. Dry fruits are other important sources of good nutrients.
