Initially after 10 days you need to repeat rt-pcr test again quarantine at least 2 weeks swab from pcr is needed to detect -if you are having omnicom or delta.

This time you might have got omicron.
It is mild infection.
Self limiting.
Check spo2 test
7 days quarantine is sufficient.
No need to repeat rt pcr test.

Syrups just suppress cough for few minutes and doesn't cure it.
