Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 3 days. do gargle, take steam. inform if not ok.
do cbc, esr, x ray chest pa. consult physician.

Well that much amount is not safe either, wait for any side effects then you have to visit a bear by hospital as you may need stomach wash.

please use only plain ambroxol syrup, do not use omnacortil unless until indicated by doctor
and avoid all cold and sour foods
give sips of water to drink when there is cough

Work up should be done for difficulty in swallowing if it not relieved. It may be functional but investigation should be done like endoscopy.

Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways.
