I have seen the details. Some times certain drugs do produce vomiting sensation. If that is a constant occurrance then it is better to take antiemetic drugs like ondensetron or domperidone about 45 minutes before taking those drugs twice a day. That will help in controlling the nausea. Plus it is very important achieve a strict glucose control for better infection control.
