You got it wrong, it is serotonin, the happiness hormone that gets increased after listening to music, music takes away depression, soothes the mind but listen to music t reasonable volume, too loud a music can not only be bad for your ears, hearing powers but it can be nuisance for near and dear ones.

You can cure this problem by stop listening to loud music for long intervals.Removal of the cause is removal of the disease .I dont say you to stop listening to music but listen music at a tolerable noise otherwise some severe irreparable damage can occur.

conserve hearing, otherwise u soon get sndeafness, so use ear plugs, no loud noise exposure like crackers+loud speakers etc, in DJ job use over ear headphones with sound regulation+vitasurge,1/day for 1 month.
