Try tab Mosiba. 1 tab once daily for a month. Also Oint Mosiba. To apply on the ulcer.
But try to find out why the ulcer is happening in the lower lip. Is it due to sharp teeth, or any irritant like lime or nicotine or any convulsion at night.

Dear ,
if you are taking ciprofloxacin 500 mg then take 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals with only water and not with milk for 15 days and check urine again to see pus cells have come down to 5 or less. Medications fine.

Most people avoid taking antibiotics and pain killers unless the problem is severe or because their stomach hurts as some dental treatments last long. Make sure that you complete the entire course of analgesics and antibiotics as prescribed because a MIC (minimal inhibitory concentration) is required for the bad bugs to be killed to control the infection and similarly SOS use of painkillers should not be restricted if pain persists; rather additional entire course for a day or two is advisable.
