Hi, To reduce weight you need to include whole foods in your diet such as daliya, oats and other millets pulses with husk whole fruits instead of juices and salads. Take 2-3 green tea per day. Brisk walk daily for 30-45 min daily. Avoid unnecessary salt intake and drink 2-3 L water in a day.
