There is a risk of salmonella poisoning with raw eggs as eggshells harbour this microorganism. Besides there is a possibility of biotin - vitamin deficiency. If you follow the thorough cleaning process, then its ok to eat raw eggs. U can mix it with milk or juice if you like.

Make a paste out of baking soda and warm water (about 1 tablespoon of soda per 1 teaspoon of water) and apply it to your legs on the problem area.
