Dab a few drops of lemon juice on the birthmark, leave it for at least 20 minutes, wash it off with warm water and then dry your skin off with a clean towel. Repeat this process at least three times a day until the birthmark has faded.

There is a risk of salmonella poisoning with raw eggs as eggshells harbour this microorganism. Besides there is a possibility of biotin - vitamin deficiency. If you follow the thorough cleaning process, then its ok to eat raw eggs. U can mix it with milk or juice if you like.
But still my advice to you is - eat boiled or poached egg as it's safe. Eat eggs from pasture raised chicken.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The skin on your legs contains thousands of pores, and like all other pores, they can become clogged with bacteria, dead skin, and debris. These clogged pores are called open comedones. When the oil inside the clogged pores is exposed to air, it oxidizes and turns black.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

sedation is side effect. It is a antiallergic medicine. Try to identify allergen and avoid it or get immunotherapy against that allergen.
