Slight restlessness ,pain, fatigue, anxiety etc are miner symptoms which occur after covid vaccine. Don't worry. After 2 or 3 days you will have no complaint.

Menstruation has nothing to do it, you can very well take the vaccine. The role of vaccine and taking it is debatable in pregnant female but the day of your period cycle has nothing to do with it.

No, covid vaccine is not recommended to be taken with rabies vaccine. You will have to maintain atleast one month gap between the two. I would recommend you to maintain social distance, practice hand hygiene and wear mask while going out. Stay safe and be very careful for the next two weeks.
