Your child has an infective cough and needs an antibiotic and Magnakof is only expectorant and you need to give antibiotic like MOX Clav syrup. 5 Ml twice daily can be given for 7 days

you can go for a percutaneous baloon decompression which is done on day care basis or a surgery known as micro vascular decompression which is very major surgery but i think you should get your medications reorganised and try once more before going for surgery
