Constipation is a chronic lifestyle related problem. For acute constipation stool softeners, laxatives, purgatives will help. But for permanent solution lifestyle and food habit modification is a must.
Avoid these:
1.oily
2.spicy
3.high protein diet (non-veg, paneer etc)
4. Junk foods
5. Fried, smoked foods
and take these:
1. High fiber diet (salad, green vegetables etc)
2. Small and frequent meals
3. 4-5 liters of water a day

It could be due to piles. Main reason for piles at your age is constipation. So as long as you pass normal motion pain will not be there. So to avoid constipation, you should take plenty of water atleast 2.5 to 3 litres in a day. Take plenty of fibre containing food like salads with cucumber, carrot etc. And in cooking also try to include fibre containing food like beans, cauliflower, cabbage etc. Do not stop when you get the urge to pass your motion so visit wash room immediately. Respected lybrate-user hi it seems fissure. Avoid oily spicy stuffs. Have more liquids, green leafy veg, fibers, fruits, curd, butter milk. Avoid hard stools. Sit in tub filled with leuk warm water mor & eve for 10-10 min. Apply xylocaine jelly (5) after passing stool & after sitting in above said tub. Consult after 5 days thanks regards.

Avoid spicy and nonveg food in your diet and atleast for a week eat curd rice or khichdi in your diet.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation.
