Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help
chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.

Some times it is normal if there is no other symptoms
like acidity
gas
heavyness after meal
laziness. Etc
some diet in your life style also affect your bowel like milk, curd
so if you have no other problem, better to leave it normal just focus on diet, digestion. & start exercise. If any problem revert back.

After getting the teeth cleaned, you can maintain the teeth in a good condition by brushing your teeth twice daily and rinse your mouth soon after eating anything. You can use any tooth paste like colgate, pepsodent etc. But technique is important. You can use medium bristle tooth brush.
