You may not be taking the desired calories your body needs as per your routine. That may be making you feel weak. Start eating any multi vitamin and get your routine tests done to be sure that this weakness is not because of any other problem. Eat every few hourly and walk regularly.

Both are not good.
Food take 4-5 hrs to completely digest so if you are going to closet just after taking meal that means your body is not digesting the food. And sleeping decreases the metabolic level of the body .so it is not at all good to sleep after taking meal. FOR FURTHER DETAILS CONTACT.
