oral misoprost works equally well. u need to do a repeat usg on day 14 after misoprost to ensure its a complete procedure

Ultrasound needs to be done after two weeks of taking abortion medication for confirmation of the results and if necessary than only we can plan for D&C procedure if necessary

if your bleeding is still persisting, it is likely that your expulsion is not yet complete and you still have retained products.
The bleeding will only stop once all the products are expelled.
Further course of management will depend on the size of retained products in your uterus.
If the bleeding does not stop in a (3-4) days you will need a repeat ultrasound and a per vaginal examination for further advise and management accordingly.

If the maximum dosage of tablets dint work up to remove the products of conception, dilation and curettage is highly recommended as it cause infection which is life threatening and problems for your future pregnancy as well.
