Never a pregnancy can be calculated as 25 days. It would be counted from last menstruation date and I think you are counting from missed period. The pregnancy is of 8 weeks. N misoprost may not abort. If their is no spotting and pain you can continue the pregnancy.

Hello lybrate-user,
It appears that you are trying to conceive without success although you did get pregnant twice before. You terminated those pregnancies medically. Recurrent medical termination may be associated with uterine infection. You should get a clinical examination by a gynaecologist to rule out this complication.

Misoprost is painful. It is better that you use an effective contraception next time. No other methods are currently available for medical abortion.

It is mifepristone given with misoprost for termination of pregnancy. Very rarely methotrexate is given but the reasons are specific.
If given it acts for a week or two so it doesn’t have effect on future fertility

If you want without d and c, then just wait for sometime for it to be expelled naturally or get some injections which can help expedite the process. If you would like to know more please contact me.
