Never a pregnancy can be calculated as 25 days. It would be counted from last menstruation date and I think you are counting from missed period. The pregnancy is of 8 weeks. N misoprost may not abort. If their is no spotting and pain you can continue the pregnancy.

It have failure rate of 5% and rarely it can cause heavy bleeding. Fever and shivering is very common for a day after misoprostol insertion. If there is spotting only after 24 hrs of misoprostol insertion then it needs to be further evaluated with usg if not done before taking the kit.

Pregnancy can be terminated with medicines (mifepristone and misoprostol) only till 7 weeks of pregnancy. You need to hurry to get the abortion done with medicines. Gynecologist only can write a prescription for her. There r very few side effects but they r easily manageable.
Surgical abortion costs more and after 7 weeks that is the only option. Costs are dependent on clinic to clinic.

Now you have to get an ultrasound done to confirm the complete abortion, this is the ideal protocol.
But if due to lock down, you are unable to get it done see urine for pregnancy test again and keep watch on bleeding.
