it should always be taken after getting ultrasound done to see for location of preg and must be taken under d supervision.bcos can result in heavy bleeding sometimes

If it's a live pregnancy; it is better to take Mifepristone to cut off the progesterone hormone so that Misoprost works better. Also the chances of failure with only Misoprost is higher than using both.
