It is not advisable to discontinue or change medication in any way without the recommendation of the treating psychiatrist. Typically doses are adjusted depending on the symptomatic improvement, and always on the advice of the Psychiatrist who is in charge of the patient. Don't be in a hurry to discontinue treatment, risk of relapse is very significant.

Take medications as per your psychiatrist advise with periodic review as these can produce cognitive changes, metabolic syndrome, etc. Do not self medicate. Sometimes chronic anxiety requires long term treatment with appropriate medicines.

You seem to be on multiple antidepressants, which would have led to this stage due to resistant symptoms, poor symptom control, etc. The medications do have the propensity to cause weight gain, so you need to discuss with your treating psychiatrist on how to manage the same. Good luck.

Along with medicines, talk therapy is required.
Only medicines will not solve depression. We need to identify the root cause of depression and solve it.
I recommend doing exercises and yoga daily.
Find good friends to share your feelings
keep your self engaged in studies/work/ any hobbies
good luck.

Dear , you should make a note of what food or activity causes acidity. Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter. Similarly avoid meat or non vegetarian foods. Take souf (fennel seeds) after food or put seeds in one cup of water with one tea spoon of sugar and mildly heat. When cooled, filter the seeds and drink the water. This would soothe the acidity and reduce necessity of drugs. While sleeping put double pillows under your head. Take curds with food. Drink plenty of water. Some ayurvedic...more

You be tried with medicines to augment and remit depressive symptoms, consult with your psychiatrist. Also mood elevators can be tried apart from antidepressants. Your 20 years of symptom and medication history needs to be known, before suggesting something. All the best.
