get other kidney function tests like blood urea
reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice reduce proteins also.

This is what is called as refractory hypertension requiring multi drug therapy. A detailed evaluation to look into any correctable causes is very important in your case. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg & pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <7 % above 60 years and <6.5% below 60 years (not given).
