As you have various other health problems, you first should go for proper evaluation and examination inorder to go for Therapeutic Exercise.
Don't do static cycling without proper assessment by a Qualified Physiotherapist or Orthopedist.
You can try Quadriceps and Hamstrings Isometrics Exercise. But first learn it from a Qualified Physiotherapist after thorough examination.
Good luck!

If he calms down n sleeps after taking feed, then it indicates he was hungry. At this age they have a small stomach. So he needs milk every 2 hours. By crying he is making you aware of his needs. Don't worry. It's normal.

For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.
