Hello, hysterectomy is one of the reason for joint pain as my experience. Do not avoid issue now otherwise it'll be worsen ahead. You must start ayurvedic medicines & if possible do ayurvedic therapies to healing of joint & strengthen of joint.
1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement.
3) Do regular stretching exercise

The regimen which I advise to my patients is: - low impact exercises
- quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity.
Physiotherapy along with medicines will help.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it.
Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Stem cell therapy like PRP works in early cases of osteoarthritis and tendinopathy.
It does not work in advanced osteoarhrtitis and rheumatoid arthritis. As there is bony degeneration and destruction, here only intrarticular depopred can give relief.
