Hello dear. Take plenty of fluids n fruits. Avoid red meat.
Do sitz baths three times
apply cremagel oint three times a day
take tab diser twice a day
take stool softner like softovac granules with milk bed time. Do this treatment for ten days. Fissure usually takes three weeks to heal. In case of no relief for a month. Surgery may be indicated.

1. Avoid food from outside

2. Lot of fluid to be taken

3. Start ORS ( dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day)

4. take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, Dalia, Khichdi
