You need to visit a cardiologist nearby for a detailed examination and evaluation. Its very difficult to give a correct opinion without physically seeing the patient.
Whether your current chest pain is cardiac or not, or the previously blocked coronaries require any intervention like angioplasty or not, then lastly to advise optimum medications. All these are serious issues which can not be dealt on a forum like this.

But is glucose levels are not in proper control then ED tends to happen quite early. This is due to the microvascular damage in penile muscles. Once the damage sets in it is unlikely to reverse. Hi, Since it's an emergency state it's okay if she used 1 dose of metoprolol tablet. It's category c drug. Which means no controlled studies in human pregnant women is conducted so far. Moreover, the condition is emergency and benefit overweight the risk. So, Please do not worry.

2). Please take the doctor seriously and take the treatment he has given you.
3). For treatment of alcohol deaddiction you will have to consult a psychiatrist in person or through online consultaion and follow up thoroughly.
4). You need to stop taking alcohol while on medicines prescribed by your doctor.
5). Please seek psychiatric consultation as soon as you can.

Answer to your questions are not so easy that can be given in few words. Your Diabetologist and Cardiologist are best persons who can give you effective advice.
Possibly your diet is to be adjusted by a dietitian under supervision of your Diabetologist. You might need more calorie but avoiding increase of CHO and Fat component of your diet. Your protein quantity may have to be increased, of course if your Kidney function is alright.
