What is ur age. How much is ur LDL. Since when r u having this. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
Any problem in urine?

If you treat hypertension it not be done anytime any age because treat the patient not disease you should concert for homeopathy treat yourself in internal like you are irritable temprament angry temperament inverting your thought all these reasons for the responsible for hypertensions if you are taking in homeopathic doctor they find out cause of your disease that read the patient not disease because disease is not curable but patient curiable.

I agree with you that medicines for anxiety are habit forming and should be avoided. reduce your weight by eating more of seasonal vegetables and fruits and reduce intake of salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation. walk around a bit but do more of arms stretching.
