lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
As mentioned your FBG is fine (93 mg), but PP is definitely high. The reason for fasting being low is the Insulin dosage being taken at night. You need to reduce the post lunch glucose level. So you may look at increasing only Glimepiride dosage rather than taking two tablets of double dose of both (glimiperide + Metformin). That may become excess. If you have any specific questions please do come back. You should target PP <100 mg (as is now), PP 150 to 1...more

So to attain desired control no further oral drug can really be added. Another important aspect is there is a need to look at her daily dietary intake & extent of exercise to see if a...more

Musk melon and watermelon are high glycemic index fruits and should be avoided by diabetic pt. Because they increase blood sugar rapidly when ingested. For hypoglycemia consult your physician who will reduce some medicine or will do other modefication. Try to find out timing of hypoglycemia and tell to your doctor.

Dear, welcome to lybrate. Tension during and before examination is called performance anxiety. To overcome exam related performance anxiety, you should know yourself, your subject, exams and your study patterns.
