Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. With fasting glucose at 215 mg and HbA1c% 12.2 % you have totally uncontrolled diabetes. This in fact needs Insulin therapy for at least 3 to 4 months along with oral hypoglycemics. After bringing the glucose under control we can take of Insulin and continue of oral drugs.

fasting sugar 200 is definitely high, but to suggest specific treatment, I need more information like ppbs, hba1c, duration of diabetes, time since this treatment is ongoing. Kindly contact me with this information.
