Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. The details given are too general. As I understand your mother of 67 years has diabetes for 13 years. She was well controlled , but now she is not having proper control due to ( according to you) a ban on certain combination.
First of all the three drug combination brands are still there. Secondly there is no mention about her earlier of current glucose levels (Fasting & PP) as well as HbA1c%. No mention about dietary pattern, weight, ...more

Is your blood sugar under control. It can be because of decreased level of vit b12 orbit d. U need to start supplements for that. Also follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. It seems that the diet also is not being followed. Please follow strict diet and exercise. Continue current medicines and add tab olymprix 20 mg one after breakfast and tab pioz 15 mg one after dinner. Check blood sugars after 10 days and consult your doctor.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. It is incomplete. There is no information on what is the fasting, pp glucose level or hba1c%, or your weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of physical activity. So difficult to give any suggestions. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned is to be taken for treating diabetes for quite a long time. Because diabetes is going to go away after 16 days. Since no other information is guven like fasting, pp glucose & hba1c%, no further comments can be made. If you have developed diabetes then treatment has to be continued for life time. If you have any questions please come back with all the necessary details. Thanks.
