Lybrate user. As above you mentioned details joints cartilages are damaged. But don't worry first starts .put hot pack in your joints one by one nxt do some minimal movements. So you get some pain relief and some improve joint range. Finally consult physiotherapist / orthopedician at your area. No need to be worried about this.

Hi lybrate-user. As per your reports ; if mri is suggestive of sacroilitis - you are considered to have ankylosing spondylitis. You will have to take medications preferably nsaids and if required monoclonal antibodies. Pls contact a rheumatologist near to the place where you live.

you can consult a rheumatologist and take proper dose of medication s so that disease in controlled
1.limit pain reducing agents use to minimum
2.use physical modalities like hot fomentation ,contrast bath etc for pain
3.always daily move all small and big joints in the body through full range so that contractures and deformities do not develop
