Hello lybrate-user, if your swelling and pain is similar on both tge sides, if stiffness is more in the morning then it may be a rehmatoid arthritis. To rule it out you need to do RA test of blood. Ealry intervention including joint mobilisation, strengthening will help you and will prevent further complications like stiffness, immobility and joint deformities and restrictions of movements. Better to visit a Physiotherapist.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

9.9 gm% hemoglobin is low. She should consume an iron rich diet. Include more green leafy vegetables in her diet cooked in iron utensils. She can start her day with a glass of wheatgrass amla juice. Salad with tomatoes and beetroot is good. You can substitute refined sugar with gur/jaggery. Black chana, roasted chana with its skin, moong and chana sprouts, dates etc are all rich in iron.
