If you are having hyperthyroidism, you should know that anxiety is one of the symptoms. Methimazole is given to reduce the symptoms of hyperthyroidism including anxiety. Don't worry. Please take your medications regularly. If even after starting medication still you feel anxious then consult a psychiatrist.

Hyperthyroidism occurs when your thyroid gland produces too much of the hormone thyroxine.
It is commonly caused by:
- Graves' disease: Graves' disease is an autoimmune disorder in which antibodies produced by your immune system stimulate your thyroid to produce too much T4. It's the most common cause of hyperthyroidism.

"Walking is a good exercise too, as long as you don't have swelling in your knees or ankles, Gofnung adds. Also, Pilates or gentle yoga can improve core muscles and ease the back and hip pain that can be associated with hypothyroidism. Building muscle can help counter possible weight gain from an underactive thyroid.

The Common side effects are skin rashes, Hair loss, Headache, Pain, Joint stiffness, Nausea, Skin pigmentation, Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation) If you have pain it may be muscular.

Both the products are similar as the main ingredient in them is Methylcobalamine. Matillda Forte has some additional vitamins and Lipoleic acid. Plus it has higher concentration of B12 155 mcg. If you want to take only Matilda can go ahead. Thanks. This is jut a supportive therapy. Thanks.
