You may be suffering from bleeding piles. You must consult a surgeon in person to get yourself examined. Meanwhile, take high fibre diet, plenty of liquids and fruits. Avoid straining at stool. Incorporate some ready made fibre like isafgole 3tsf with a glass of water in your diet daily. Thanks.

Dear mam it depends on the type of surgery done according to the location of tumour. In APR surgery, it is a permanent colostomy and in anterior resection it is temporary and can be closed after completion of treatment.

Take tab pantaprazole 40 mg before breakfast. And take some some preventive measures. Should take food timely. Not to skip meals. Avoid spicy food, if having habit of taking alcohol n smoking. Kindly stop them. Stress also causes gastric problems. So be stress free better do meditation. These are some of measures to prevent gastric problems.
