Myself karan I am 21 years old recently I have done with the operation of piles which happen twice to me the operation was successful but the wound is not healing properly. I mean to say from last one month I am suffering with lots of pain and also getting problems in passing stool my doctor has suggested me mega cv 625 mg & voveran sr 100 mg. please suggest me some more and better medicines.

You can apply xylocaine jelly and take sitz bath thrice a day along with medicines. If you are in severe distress, get yourself examined properly to diagnose and treat the condition properly.

I am 38 years old married male having 3 children and from last 5 months I am not able to have perfect intercourse due to erection (which is lasting for only a minute) and premature ejaculation (i. E. As soon as entering in vagina hardly couple of strokes it is ejaculating). I reckon that due to the usage of steroids (which I have used for curing my eye infection such as wysolone, shelcal and rantac along with the eye drops Pred forte, refresh tears and acular ls). I am feeling very annoyed of myself during my bedtime due to this. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Hi, I have a cataract in my left eye. From one and half year. There is also a uveitis or inflammation in the eye. Doctor prescribed me combigan and diflusap 5 months ago. It improves my condition of elevated eye pressure very much. But 2 months ago my ocular pressure was 17 and now its raise to 23 and sometimes I see blackout of 8 to 10 sec. When I got up from bed or sitting. Today doctor prescribed me pred acetate, the substitute of diflusap. I want to know these complication is due medication. Or it is something else.

First of all you r very young at age. The gyming and dumbells should be done aftr 18 or 20 as the heavy excercises may stop your growing height. The other excercise is fine and the supplements may cause you side effects like tiredness and weakness. I have taken medicine mega cv 2 tab seven days, omnacortil 10 mg followed by 2 times 10 days one time 10 days and one half tab 10 days, livocet m one tab 30 days. After this problem persist till, doctor has prescribed me deryphyline r 150 and livocet m one tab alternate day within three months. Is my treatment on right way?

Have constant right knee pain for the last two years. Two years ago was prescribed nucoxia 120 with mega free flex. There was relief. But once nucoxia was withdrawn, the pain returned after a week or so. Two months ago all medication was stopped. Things were okay for a while, then the pain returned leading to a slight limp. While visiting mumbai, consulted an orthopaedic who prescribed enzoflam for a week with collar flex. It produced pain free walk. But once enzoflam was discontinued, the pain returned. What should I do now?

If only blocked nose or running nose then use nasal drops. If there's is no fever then don't give antibiotics example mega CV. If you have to give syp mega CV can be given 2 ml twice a day instead of 1 ml of drops twice a day.

On 13/3/16 my blood examination are as follows - H.b - 13.9 Tlc - 14,300 /cmm neutrophil - 50% Lymphocytes-20% monocyte- 2% eosinophil-23% Plasma glucose (f)- 85 mg/dl Serum creatinine- 0.9 mg/dl Tsh - 6.81 micro U/ml T4 - 0.75 ng/dl URINE:- --------- Appearance- straw coloured, clear Reaction- acidic Glucose- absent protein- nil Phosphates-nil Pus cells- occasional Epithelial cells - a few Rbc - nill Casts - nill Crystals - nill Cylindroids- nil ECG - Within normal limits. B.p - 120/80 Symptoms :- cough, breathing problems, gass fullness of stomach. medicine - that time prescribed by Dr. Rabizip dsr 1 in morning thyrox 12 5 mg 1 daily Hetrazan 100 mg -1x 3 Zentel 400 mg 1 at nite one day only. Mega cv 625 - 1x 3 20 day of course of these medicine I feel completely good. Naw same symptoms appears. Sir does it also happen on climate changing as well as not proper time of taking food and hot cold climate. Use of a.c and open climate. On dt. 21/9/16 my b.p is 120/80 and having same problem chest pain cough fullness of stomach breathing problem. And taking from today following medicine - hetrazan 100 mg .1x3 Azithral 500 mg. 1 x1 cetrizine. 1 x 1 Pan d 40. 1x1.

-If your symptoms appear frequently it may lead to asthma
-do steam inhalation three times a day
-avoid cold fluids, have warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup
-avoid spicy, fried & junk food., have more of fruits & vegetables to boost immunity, have meals on time, chew food well, restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day
-take medication on time, have 7-8 glasses of water to keep well hydrated
-if not much improvement then do x-ray ches...more
