Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have read the details and understand your concern. She is on mainly on two anthypertensive drugs and a diuretic to reduce her blood pressure. (Valent, Tide and Asomex). Those have to be continued as as she may be having high BP. There is no cardiac specific drug. Xplode tab is kind of a general tonic and some aphrodesiac activity because of ginseng. Which more of a claim. Its other benefits are again not really substantiated. How is her blood glucose con...more

Blockage in all three arteries with reduced heart function& hhistory of cardiac arrest is a serious thing. He will definitely need a by pass surgery (CABG). The risk of the surgery will be higher than a normal patient with blockage in all three arteries.

lybrate-user ,I understand your father condition. Since EF is 30, he needs CABG. If you are not willing for surgery you better go for ECCP treatment to relieve the heart block, many centres are available. I do not known from which area you are from, or state- you have not mentioned. You can have ECCP in your area, that is the only alternate to CABG. Other system of medicines will not work much. If the EF reduces further your father will have serious problems, so act swiftly do not delay.

Your mother can use dytor tab. Dytor/ torsemide is used to reduce extra fluid in the body (edema) caused by conditions such as heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. This can lessen symptoms such as shortness of breath and swelling in your arms, legs, and abdomen. This drug is also used to treat high blood pressure.
